Abilities and Powers
Originally from Harlem Heights, Xavier has returned home after serving in an elite special operations unit to run his father's auto repair shop and find his father's killer. Xavier had a high school sweetheart named Tilisha Jordan, much as his dad did. But things with Tilisha fell apart after he followed in his father's footsteps as a proficient sniper and joined the Army.
Xiran is the offspring of Harlem Heights' first auto mechanic, the Great Jackie Xavier Djore. When Xiran was a Sergeant in the Army, he tied the knot with his longtime crush, Misty. Xiran is a savvy strategist and a master negotiator. Having seen battle in Desert Storm, Xiran is also a trained and proficient marksman. Xiran was slain viciously, and his death is still being treated as a cold case.
Smart, brave, and insightful, Misty is the head nurse in the emergency department. She enjoys the fast pace of her work environment and is as loyal as they come to Harlem Heights Hospital. She was overjoyed by the birth of her son, Xavier, and overjoyed that Xiran was her one true love. That night when she discovered her husband in a pool of blood, she was unable to save him. When her son found out that his father had passed away, it was she that broke the news to him.
Inspired by her grandpa, the first African-American police chief in Harlem Heights, Tilisha enrolled in the Police Academy. She quickly advanced through the ranks of the HHPD and found herself working in the Homicide Unit of the 48th Precinct. By working alongside senior detective Neal Sexton, Tilisha was able to increase her impact on several cold cases and became a voice of reason for grieving families. Talisha's relationship with her parents has been described as "frigid" and "not the greatest" since the loss of her brother, Raheem.
Sexton joined the HHPD after being honorably discharged from the Marines following his service in the second Gulf War. He quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Senior Detective, the HHPD's equivalent of a Detective Sergeant, with responsibilities including both investigation and supervision. Sexton departed the HHPD for a private investigation firm and stayed there for three years. He went back to work for the HHPD after a stint in the private sector.

As a result, Emily has to face the truth about her father's past and the cesspool of political corruption, drugs, and crime.

Knuckles is the Kingpin's trusted right-hand man who manages the day-to-day operations of his criminal enterprise. He also serves as the Kingpin's confidant. He was given the responsibility of controlling all of the Kingpin's interests and eliminating anyone who represented a threat; this was a job that he took great delight in performing. His robotic hand has been responsible for the deaths of those who have crossed the Kingpin. It is said that before becoming a member of Kingpin's band of henchmen, he had a confrontation with CRISIS. His right hand met one of his blades.
